5 Great Excuses not to Train

I've been on vacation and found plenty of excuses not to write a tip this month. Thought this might be a humourous occasion to give those of you with no intention of training and getting in shape for next season some really legitimate excuses to avoid training this summer so you don't feel so guilty about stepping on the ice out of shape in the fall :)



Missing Part

I spent a fortune on a trampoline,
A stationary bike and a rowing machine,
Complete with gadgets to read my pulse,
And gadgets to prove my progress results,
And others to show the miles I’ve charted –
But they left off the gadget to get me started!

HOW TO FLATTEN YOUR TUMMY
Lie face down on the floor. Your tummy will flatten.

(Added bonus: You can do this by the pool, at home, or anywhere else people usually lie face down.)
